Ingredients
- 4 ounce. firmly minced pepperoni
- 1/4 c. apple cider or possibly juice
- 4 slices toasted raisin bread, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 med. apple, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- In a saucepan, simmer pepperoni in apple cider; 20 min, covered. Drain reserving 1 Tbsp. of juice. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt and nutmeg. Add in pepperoni and apple. Sprinkle with reserved juice and melted butter. Toss lightly to mix.
