  1. Method:1. Combine cookies and melted butter or possibly margarine. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 min. Cold.
  2. 2. Put 3 c. marshmallows in a double boiler. Add in lowfat milk, and cook till mix melts and thickens. Cold in refrigerator for about 15 min.
  3. 3. In another bowl, whip the cream. Blend in the crushed candy and remaining 1 c. marshmallows. Fold whipped cream mix into melted and cooled marshmallow mix.
  4. 4. Pour into crust, and refrigeratewell before serving.
  5. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  6. Light and refreshing, this pie is great for a warm summer day and oh so easy to make.
