Directions

  1. Combine potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, and bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 c. water. Cook till tender. Add in one c. lowfat milk when done. In a bowl, combine chip dip, flour, and 1 c. lowfat milk. Pour about 1/3 of warm potato mix into chip mix and stir. Return to pan to heat, but do not boil.
