Pecan Pie Recipe

Although I commonly make this pie during the holiday season, I sometimes like to bake this pie during other times of the year. It is super decadent, and ridiculously easy!

Servings: 1 8


  • 1 frozen pie crust (I use the store bought kind)
  • 1 3/4 cup of coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt


  1. Place the all the pecans into the pie crust.
  2. In a blender mix the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust pan, and bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.

        me encanta el pecan pie. Soy de Guatemala y vivo en España (Madrid) hace 33 años.
        Acabo de traer 2 libras de pecanas de Guatemala y lo malo es que me cuesta mucho encontrar el jarabe maple o miel caro aqui. Seria de ayuda si Vds. saben por alquien.?

          Aida! Mire no mas cuando se me ocurre contestarle! Estoy ya en las unltimas de mis estudios, y no me he dado tiempo meterme! Pudo finalmente encontrar miel de maple? Que raro que no encuentre, verdad? Fui hace unos años fui a Paris, y comi un desayuno con una amiga y uso miel de maple...dejame averiguar si ella me puede recomendar una marca....
