Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pkt (10.5 ounce.) mini white marshmallows
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 5 c. rice krispies (or possibly Cheerios, Chex, Kix etc.)
- 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate mini chips.
Directions
- Line a 9X13 pan with tin foil. Lightly spray with butter spray.
- Heat margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in marshmallows, and stir often till melted and smooth, about 5 min. Stir in peanut butter till blended, remove from heat and stir in cereal.
- Scrape into prepared pan and press into an even layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, let cold completely.
- Cut into 18 bars.
