  1. Line a 9X13 pan with tin foil. Lightly spray with butter spray.
  2. Heat margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in marshmallows, and stir often till melted and smooth, about 5 min. Stir in peanut butter till blended, remove from heat and stir in cereal.
  3. Scrape into prepared pan and press into an even layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, let cold completely.
  4. Cut into 18 bars.
