Directions

  1. Combine chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, salt and 2 c. water. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 30 min. Add in ketchup. Blend peanut butter and remaining 1 c. water. Add in to chicken mix. Cover and simmer 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally. Add in cayenne and Large eggs.
  2. Makes 4 servings. Servewith noodles or possibly rice.
