Ingredients

  • 2 x Peaches, ripe
  • 1/3 c. Coconut, grated
  • 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins -Or possibly-
  • 1/3 c. -Dry cherries
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice concentrate-Or possibly-
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand marnier liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp. Mint, fresh, minced

Directions

  1. "...Perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted lb. cake or possibly yougrt cheese."
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients. Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
  3. MAKES: about 2 C.
