1/3 c. Golden brown raisins -Or possibly-
1/3 c. -Dry cherries
2 Tbsp. Orange juice concentrate-Or possibly-
2 Tbsp. Grand marnier liqueur
1 Tbsp. Mint, fresh, minced

Directions

"...Perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted lb. cake or possibly yougrt cheese."
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients. Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
MAKES: about 2 C.
