Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar - (packed)
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose baking mix such as Bisquick
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp margarine or possibly butter melted
  • 1/2 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 lrg ripe peaches mashed
  • 3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a slow cooker or possibly spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir. Pour in margarine and lowfat milk and stir. Fold in peaches and cinnamon, till well mixed.
  3. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting 6 to 8 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 to 4 hrs.
  4. Serve hot. Top with vanilla ice cream, if you like.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
