Ingredients
- 2 lrg red peppers,
- 1 lrg green pepper,
- 1 lrg yellow pepper,
- 200 gm cherry tomatoes,
- 250 gm fetta cheese,
- 250 gm green olives,
- 500 gm pasta shells, bows or possibly spirals
- 75 ml extra virgin olive oil,
- 1 Tbsp. mayonaise
- 1 tsp mustard (coarse grnd)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Â Â fresh oregano
- Â Â grnd black pepper
Directions
- Cook the pasta until done, wash well with cool water to cold, chop the peppers, tomatoes and cheese mix it all in a bowl along with the olives, cover with the dressing that is prepared by mixing the ingredients in a jar or possibly bottle and shaking. Add in more or possibly less of anything as required or possibly depending what is on hand.
