Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 x green onions (minced, including the tops)
- 4 x cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 lb top sirloin, cut in 1/8 in. strips (against the grain)
Directions
- Mix first six ingredients. Marinate meat in the mix at least 15 minutes, preferably longer, even overnight. Cook meat and mix in a skillet or possibly wok on medium heat about 15 minutes, till meat is done. Serve meat and boiled marinade over warm rice.
