Ingredients
- 1 sm bag Oreos, crushed
- 2 stk butter
- 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream, softened-)))preferably BLUE BELL!!!(((
- 8 ounce Hershey chocolate syrup
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Lowfat milk
- Â Â Cold whip, minced pecans
Directions
- Mix Oreos with one stick of melted butter, Place in buttered 9 x 13" pan. Freeze. In saucepan, combine the other stick of butter, condensed lowfat milk and chocolate syrup. Bring to a boil and set aside to cold, over an hour.
- Put softened ice cream on top of Oreos and freeze. When chocolate mix has cooled, spoon it carefully over ice cream and freeze again. When the chocolate is frzn, spoon a layer of cold whip over the chocolate and garnish with pecans.
