Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sm bag Oreos, crushed
  • 2 stk butter
  • 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream, softened-)))preferably BLUE BELL!!!(((
  • 8 ounce Hershey chocolate syrup
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Lowfat milk
  •     Cold whip, minced pecans

Directions

  1. Mix Oreos with one stick of melted butter, Place in buttered 9 x 13" pan. Freeze. In saucepan, combine the other stick of butter, condensed lowfat milk and chocolate syrup. Bring to a boil and set aside to cold, over an hour.
  2. Put softened ice cream on top of Oreos and freeze. When chocolate mix has cooled, spoon it carefully over ice cream and freeze again. When the chocolate is frzn, spoon a layer of cold whip over the chocolate and garnish with pecans.
