One Step Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pt Strawberries
  • 14 ounce Can
  • 2 c. Heavy cream -- whipped
  •     Sweetened condensed lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Line a 9x5x3" loaf pan with aluminum foil. Wash, hull and pat strawberries dry. Puree in the container of an electric blender or possibly food processor.
  2. Combine strawberry puree with condensed lowfat milk in a large bowl. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into foil-lined pan. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for 6 hrs or possibly till hard. To serve: Either peel off foil and slice ice cream with a large sharp knife or possibly scoop from pan and serve in sundae dishes.
