Ingredients
- 3/4 c. brown sugar substitute
- 1/2 c. white sugar substitute
- 1/4 c. light butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 x egg or possibly 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 c. flour (I use whole wheat flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c. uncooked quick oats
- 1 x -2 c. raisins
- 1 x -2 c. shredded carrots or possibly minced apples
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugars and margarine together. Add in applesauce, egg, lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in combined flour, baking soda and cinnamon to wet ingredients. Mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and apples/carrots. Spread into ungreased 9 x 13" pan. Bake 25-30 min.
