Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugars and margarine together. Add in applesauce, egg, lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in combined flour, baking soda and cinnamon to wet ingredients. Mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and apples/carrots. Spread into ungreased 9 x 13" pan. Bake 25-30 min.
