Ingredients
- 1 c. Cornflakes or possibly graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Melted margain
- 1 pkt Cream cheese,, softened
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk*
- 1/3 c. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Mix together crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon add in margarine and blend. Set aside 2 Tbsp. of mix. Line bottom of 9-inch pan wih crumbs.
- Chill. Beat cheese till fluffy, blend in lowfat milk, blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle with set aside crumbs.
- Regrigerate at least 3 hrs before serving. May be doubled and put in 9x13-inch pan. You can make the sweetened condensed lowfat milk. I make the lowfat milk in the blender and add in the cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla to the lowfat milk in the blender.
