Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 sqr unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. cool, double-strength coffee
Directions
- Mix and sift first 4 ingredients. Heat chocolate together in double boiler; add in to first mix, blend well. Combine lowfat milk and vanilla; add in and mix well.
- Pour into greased pan. Combine brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 min. Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream.
