  1. Brown grnd meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add in spices, tomato sauce, cocoa pwdr and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat liquid removed beans in water and drain.
