  2. 2. Add Mushrooms
  3. 3. Cook until not quite brown
  4. 4. add wine-cook until tender
  5. 5. add Grand Marnier (liquer)
  6. 6. Cover and cook 3 minutes
  7. 5. Add Shredded Cheese
  8. 6. Cover pan and melt cheese
  9. Serves 2 add 1/2 lb for additional guests. Add proportional for everything else. Grand Marnier goes along way.
