Ingredients
- 2 lb beef cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 x (10 1/(2-oz) cans) condensed golden brown mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1 med clove garlic, chopped 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb broad egg noodles, dry
Directions
- In a skillet, brown the beef in butter. Add in remaining ingredients, except noodles. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Stir occasionally. While beef is cooking, prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. When meat is done, serve over cooked noodles.
