Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp. salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham, cut into squares
- 1 pound frzn peas, steamed (undercook)
- Fresh basil (opt.)
Directions
- Cook tortellini 8 to 10 min in salted water. Pour a few Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil over pasta and toss. Mix dressing. Combine pasta, ham and peas. Pour in 1/2 of the dressing and toss. Add in fresh minced basil. Chill. Before serving add in rest of dressing and toss. Top with parsley.
