  • 2 springs fresh mint, washed
  • 2 tea bags
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 gallon water

Directions

  1. Bring 4 cups water to boil, add in tea and let steep. Cut lemon in half and squash into a 2 qt pitcher; add in sugar. Pour hot tea over sugar and lemon and mix; add in mint. Fill pitcher with remaining water. Serve over ice.
