  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In large microwave safe bowl, with wire whisk, beat together all ingredients. Heat in microwave on high, 100%, uncovered for 13 min. Tapioca should be boiling. Beat till smooth. Cover and chill to thicken.
