Ingredients
- 1 c. Raw peanuts
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. White corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Directions
- Stir together peanuts, sugar, syrup, salt. Cook 4 min on high. Stirring well, cook another 4 min. Add in butter and vanilla to peanut mix stirring to blend. Return and cook 2 min.
- (Peanuts will be slightly browned and syrup warm).
- Add in baking soda and gently stir until foamy. Pour onto aluminum foil. Let cold, break into pcs and store air tight container.
