Mexican Stuffed Shells Recipe

This recipe ought to be tried atleast once! Its a keeper at my house everyone loves it! Dont remember where this recipe came from but thank you

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook jumbo shells according to box directions
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet
  4. Add taco seasoning and simmer for 5-10 minutes
  5. Stir in cream cheese.
  6. Cover and mix until cream cheese is melted. Let beef cool.
  7. When pasta is cooked, drain and keep shells separately, so, they don't stick together.
  8. Spread salsa on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  9. Stuff each shell with meat mixture and place in pan open side up. Spoon taco sauce over shells.
  10. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover after 30 minutes and add shredded cheeses.
  11. Bake (with cover off) an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
