Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dry parsley
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. dry chives
- 1/3 c. chili pwdr
- 1/4 c. grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the spices and store in an airtight container.
- Attach this to the Jar
- Mexican Fiesta DipMakes 2 c.
- 3 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix1 c. mayonnaise or possibly low-fat mayonnaise1 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly low-fat yogurt
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the Dip Mix with the mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream. Whisk the mix till smooth. Chill for 2 to 4 hrs. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly fresh vegetables.
