Ingredients
- Lettuce leaf
- 5 melon wedges (cantaloupe, honeydew or possibly watermelon)
- 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- Strawberry slices
Directions
- Place lettuce leaf on plate. Arrange melon wedges on lettuce leaf in a circle with the points outward to make star. Spoon 1/2 c. cottage cheese into center of melon star. Garnish with strawberry slices if you like. Yields: 1 servings.
