Mayonaise Cake Recipe

• 2/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
• 3 c. Flour
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 1/2 c. Mayonaise (do not replace it with the "other" stuff)
• 1 1/2 c. Water
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanillia
