Directions

  1. Cut lettuce, tomatoes and scallions as you would for regular salad. Put into large bowl. Add in salt, pepper and dill; mix together. Mix extra virgin olive oil and juice in container. Shake well and pour over salad. Toss lightly and serve. Serves 4 people.
