Ingredients
- 4 c. mashed marionberries
- 7 c. sugar
- 1/2 bot liquid pectin
Directions
- Combine mashed berries and sugar in large pan. Mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Boil hard for one minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in liquid pectin, and stir and skim for 5 min. Ladle into warm sterilized jars, seal and process in a boiling water bath for five min.
