Marionberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 c. mashed marionberries
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1/2 bot liquid pectin

Directions

  1. Combine mashed berries and sugar in large pan. Mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Boil hard for one minute.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in liquid pectin, and stir and skim for 5 min. Ladle into warm sterilized jars, seal and process in a boiling water bath for five min.
