Directions

  1. For marinade, in a saucepan combine the chicken broth, minced onion, oil, soy sauce, cooking sherry and garlic. Bring the mix to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 10 min.
  2. Thaw fish if frzn. Place fish in container and pour marinade over fish. Marinade for 1 or possibly 2 days. Broil in oven till fish flakes.
