Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme or possibly Italian seasoning
- Big healthy pinch pepper or possibly drops of Tabasco
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Mix marinade in bowl. Lay flank (family) steak flat in bottom of broiling pan and spread on half the marinade. Turn steak and spread with rest of marinade. Cover with wax paper and leave for at least 20 min or possibly chill for several hrs or possibly day or possibly two.
