Ingredients
- 1 1/3 x Mango
- 2/3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 1/3 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Lime Zest
- 1/3 pt Raspberries
Directions
- Lime and a hint of sugar bring out the flavor of the fruit. Serve with Lemon Cake or possibly spoon over fruit sorbet or possibly vanilla frzn yogurt.
- 1. In a serving bowl, combine mangoes, lime juice, sugar and lime zest, stirring gently to combine. Put raspberries on top (don't stir them in.) (The compote can be prepared ahead and stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 6 hrs.) Just before serving, gently stir in the raspberries.
