  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 lg. can mango pulp
  • 5 tbsp. grnd almonds or possibly pistachios, minced
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix the ice cream and the mango pulp. Add in the grnd almonds and the lowfat milk to the ice cream mix. Blend at high speed in a blender. It should be served right away. If you have a chilled glass, which works well.
