- SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- ⅛ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon tahini or peanut butter
- ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- In a shallow bowl combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk. Set aside
