  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 3/4 c. instant malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 (16 ounce) can ready-to-spread frosting

Directions

  1. Heat oven to temperature called for on cake mix package. Place dry cake fold in bowl and add in 1/2 cup malted lowfat milk pwdr. Proceed according to package directions. Use two 9-inch greased and lightly floured round cake pans. Bake and cool according to package directions.
  2. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup of malted lowfat milk pwdr into vanilla (or possibly any flavor) frosting.
