Directions

  1. Boil onions according to package directions; set aside. Heat butter in skillet; saute/fry onions till soft and transparent. Sprinkle with sugar, tossing till glazed (about 30 min). Add in broth and wine and simmer 20-30 min more. Good with roast beef, steak and leg of lamb. Serves 6.
