Ingredients
- 1 lb Peaches sliced
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 slc Angel food cake
- 1 scoop Vanilla bean ice cream Fresh mint sprigs Powdered sugar in shaker
Directions
- In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash 1/4 of the peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pcs of angel food cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar
