Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1 c. M & M mini baking bits
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 3/4 c. Light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c. Uncooked Oatmeal
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- In 1 quart clear glass jar with tightfitting resealable lid, layer flour mix, walnuts, 1 c. M & M, raisins brown sugar, remaining 1 c. M&M's and oats. Seal jar, wrap decoratively.
- Give as a gift with the following instructions: Preheat oven to 350 . Lightly greas cookie sheets; set aside. In large bown beat 3/4 c. softened butter, 1 large egg and 3/4 tsp. vanilla till well blended. Stir in contents of jar till bell blended. Drop by heaping tsp. about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 9 to 11 min. Cold 2 min on cookie sheets; cold completely on wire rack.
