Luscious Lemonade Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 6 ounce can frzn lemonade, thawed
  • 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can Duncan Hines ready to spread vanilla frosting

Directions

  1. Add in 1 tsp lemon extract or possibly 1/2 tsp lemon juice.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 pans. In a bowl put together all ingredients. Beat at low speed. Beat at high 2 min. Cool 15 min and remove from pans, then cool completely.
