Ingredients
- 1 pkt German Chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. Soft butter
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Nuts
- 2 c. Coconut
- 1 can (14 ounce) condensed sweetened lowfat milk (Eaglebrand)
- 1 x Recipe of chocolate frosting
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15 x 10 x 1 pan. In large bowl, mix the cake mix, 1/2 c. butter, lowfat sour cream, and Large eggs at low speed, then two min at high. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 min until center is hard. In medium bowl, combine coconut and lowfat milk. Spoon and spread over base. Return to oven. Bake 15 to 20 min till golden. Cold completely, then frost with your favorite chocolate frosting. This is great!
