Ingredients
- 1 lb Shell pasta, cooked
- 2 x Tomatoes diced
- 1 can Corn, liquid removed
- 1 x Pepper, diced
- 1 can (8 ounce) mild green chiles
- 1 can (16 ounce) black beans
- 1 sm Red onion, finely minced
- 1 1/2 c. Salsa
- 1/2 x Fat free lowfat sour cream
- 3 tsp Chili pwder
- 1 tsp Cumin Salt and pepper
Directions
- Tried this last night and was another hit!! SOOOO easy to throw together and VERY low-fat. My only suggestion is to use Mild Salsa in the dressing....we used medium and our mouths were on fire!!!!
