London Broiled Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • Flank steak Bourbon Soy sauce Water

Directions

  1. Marinate steak for 6 hrs or possibly more in marinade of bourbon, soy sauce and water mixed to desired strength. Steak will be more tender and flavorful if kept in cold place but not refrigerated while marinating. Broil as desired.
  2. When cutting steak to serve, cut diagonally on the bias for tenderness.
