  • 4 x 8 ounce lobster tails, frzn
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly margarine

Directions

  1. 1. Place frzn lobster tails in a shallow, 1 1/2-qt, heat- resistant, non-metallic baking dish. Face meatiest part of lobster tails toward the outside of the dish.
  2. 2. To thaw lobster tails heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 1/2 min. Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
  3. 3. With a sharp, heavy knife, open shell on underside of tail and brush with melted butter.
  4. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 min or possibly till lobster flesh is opaque and the shells are red.
