Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. red or possibly green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. ham, minced (cooked)
- 1 1/2 c. corkscrew noodles, cooked, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. seasoned croutons (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese and croutons. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and croutons. Bake at 350 degrees 30 min or possibly microwave on High for 8 to 10 min or possibly till heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Preparation Time: 10 min. Cooking Time: 40 min.
