  1. Fry bacon till crisp; remove bacon drain. Drain off all but 3 Tbsp. fat. Coat liver with flour; brown in bacon fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon. Cover tightly; simmer 20 min. Garnish with bacon. Serves 4.
