Directions

  1. Soak liver in lowfat milk for 15 min. Remove and dust each slice with flour. Heat butter in large frying pan. Add in onions and saute/fry 2 min. Add in liver and fry on high heat till nice and crispy on both sides. Serve and season with salt and pepper.
