Directions

  1. First Layer -
  2. 1. Crumble all 3 ingredients together till mealy and press into clean 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350F for 10 mins.
  3. Second Layer -
  4. 2. In double boiler, combine all ingredients and cook and stir till thickened.
  5. 3. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into warm mix. Spread over base and sprinkle top with crumbs.
  6. 4. Bake at 350F for 3 mins or possibly till set.
  7. YUM!!! - May take more than 3 mins at end.
