  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 6 black olives

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes, cube and mix with mayonnaise, diced egg and diced celery to make potato salad. Steam green beans till just tender.
  2. Mince garlic finely, with a sprinkle of salt. Mince anchovy fillet, or possibly use anchovy paste.
  3. Add in to vinegar and oil, along with thyme.
  4. In a large glass bowl layer lettuce, potato salad, tuna, olives and green beans.
  5. Drizzle dressing over top.
  6. Serves 3 (as a main dish).
