Lemon Pasta with Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 pound pasta
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons good olive oil (I used basil infused – any variety will work)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup pasta water
  • 2 cups white beans, rinsed and drained
