2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp clear honey
1 clv garlic crushed
2 Tbsp. minced mixed herbs e.g. mint parsley chives thyme
1 x salt and pepper

Directions

Beat the oil with the lemon and lime juices honey garlic herbs and salt and pepper to taste till well blended. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
Makes 1 c.
