Kona Barbecued Chicken Recipe

• 12 piece skinless chicken - (to 15)
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 med onion diced finely
• 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/4 c. extra-strength Kona coffee
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 dsh Tabasco pepper sauce
